Toner Returns

Kyocera, HP, Lexmark and Sharp have toner recycling programs whereby all empty cartridges, toner and waste bottle returns are handled at no charge. In order to properly return and your toner cartridges please follow the instructions below:

Step 1) Determine the make of your machine and / or toner.

Step 2) Once you have identified the manufacturer of your equipment follow the appropriate section below for instructions from your manufacturer:

Lexmark Returns

Use the box from the replacement toner to package the used toner, using the plastic packing bags provided (in most new toner boxes).

HP Returns

Use the box from the replacement toner to package the used toner, using the plastic packing
bags provided (in most new toner boxes).

Kyocera Returns

Use the box from the replacement toner to package the used toner, using the plastic packing bags provided (in most new toner boxes)

Affix the form to the toner box
Drop off at any Canada Post Outlet

Sharp Returns
