Referral Term and Conditions (“Program Terms”):
CBM Office Automation (“CBM”) referral program (the “Program”) is available to individuals with existing CBM customer accounts in good standing (“you” or “Referrer”), who complete eligible referral offers (“Referral Offers”) to one or more qualifying friends (the “Referree(s)”).
A qualifying “Referree” means a business that is not an existing customer of CBM at the time of the Referral Offer and who enters into an agreement with CBM with either (i) a single floor standing multi-functional printer, (ii) a fleet of five (5) or more single function printers, or (iii) IT services to ten (10) or more seats.
To participate in the Program, you and your Referrees must accept these Program Terms.
All Referral Offers have to be made using the referral system on www.cbm.ab.ca/refer-a-business-cbm.
For each eligible Referral Offer made to a qualifying Referree, in compliance with these Program Terms, you will receive a $500 Amazon gift card.
By submitting a Referral Offer, you warrant and represent that you have obtained the express consent of the subject Referree to provide their name and email address to CBM for the purpose of CBM contacting such Referree to offer its range of financing products and services.
If more than one Referrer submits a Referral Offer for the same Referree, the first one to submit an eligible Referral Offer will be entitled to the Referral Credit. In the event of a dispute, the decision of CBM shall be final and binding on each Referrer.
CBM assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, damaged or misdirected referrals or communications or for any failure of the website or referral system, for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or Referral Offer to be received by CBM on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to a your (or any other person’s) computer related to or resulting from this program. CBM reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, cancel or suspend this Program should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of CBM, corrupt the security or proper administration of the Program or for any other reason.
Referral Offers are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, unintelligible, falsified, altered or tampered with or unlawful in any way. Referrals submitted by unauthorised means will be disqualified. In the event that it has been determined that a referral has been made in a manner not sanctioned by these Program Terms, you and all of you referrals will be disqualified from this program and any Referral Credits that have been awarded will be forfeited and deducted from your account. You agree to abide by the terms of this Program and the decisions of the CBM team, which are final. This Program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. The submission of false or fictitious referral information will result in forfeiture or disqualification of any Referral Credits under this Program.
CBM reserves the right to refuse issuance of the $500 Amazon gift card to any Referree who does not follow these Program Terms.
Employees or contractors of CBM, or its affiliates and each of its respective employees or contractors, are not eligible to participate in the Program.
CBM may suspend or terminate the Program or change any of the Program Terms at any time, in its sole discretion, without notice and without obligation to award any future rewards.
